Shipping Policy
At Chelle, we offer a range of shipping options to suit your needs, with pricing based ond your location. Local shipping in Cayman is free and will arrive in 1-3 business days. Our standard international shipping takes 5-15 business days to arrive. We also offer express shipping which, depending on location, will get your purchase to you in 1-8 business days. All orders are shipped in discreet packaging to protect your privacy. We use only the most reliable carriers to ensure that your items arrive on time and in perfect condition. Local returns in Cayman are free and convenient, simply email us with your order number for us to log and drop your order off at the Camana Bay MailBoxes Ect. under the name "Chelle Co." You will need to ensure that the item is packaged securely at your cost. International shipping is set up for the United States and the United Kingdom with pricing set at check out. International shipping is all tracked. International returns are at your cost and are worked out on a "per shipment" basis.
Return & Exchange Policy
Chelle Co will process a return for exchange or store credit only, with the exception of quality defects on products. Items returned must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags attached, and returned to the store within 30 days of purchase accompanied by the original sales receipt.If you initiate a return or exchange for a reason other than a quality defect, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and the redelivery shipping costs on orders from the United States and United Kingdom. Local orders in Cayman are at no charge. Underwear, lingerie, swimwear, personal care products, and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Beauty and Grooming products must be in original condition with the seal intact, the product unused and unopened, and returned within 5 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only with the original sales receipt. ​Faulty products may be returned to the store within 30 days of purchase accompanied by the original sales receipt. We will process your refund within 7 business days of confirming it with you. You can choose to have the refund go to your Chelle account or your original payment account (credit or debit cards may take an additional 3-7 business days to process).
