Shipping & Returns

Chelle Co will process a return for exchange or store credit only, with the exception of quality defects on products.  Items returned must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags attached, and returned to the store within 30 days of purchase accompanied by the original sales receipt.If you initiate a return or exchange for a reason other than a quality defect, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and the redelivery shipping costs. Underwear, lingerie, swimwear, personal care products, and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.  Beauty and Grooming products must be in original condition with the seal intact, the product unused and unopened, and returned within 5 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only with the original sales receipt. ​Faulty products may be returned to the store within 30 days of purchase accompanied by the original sales receipt. We will process your refund within 7 business days of confirming it with you. You can choose to have the refund go to your Chelle account or your original payment account (credit or debit cards may take an additional 3-7 business days to process). Shipping charges are not refunded. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
